During this informative 1 day "Waterwork" workshop you will learn the SSI Total Teaching System and philosophy as it applies to in water training with the guidance of our in house Instructor Trainer.
At the end of the online virtual training session and 1 day "waterwork" workshop you will have learned some new skills as well as how to adapt the teaching skills you already have to the SSI system. Upon successful completion you will have all the tools in place to be able excel as an SSI diving instructor and make the most of your new possibilities in the diving industry. Before You Come
As the Crossover is all about becoming an SSI Instructor you must be an active status Instructor in a recognised WRSTC training agency.
As you are already an instructor our time will be spent showing you how to adapt what you know to the SSI system. If your inwater Instructor skills are a bit rusty after a break you may want to spend some time brushing them up before you start the crossover. Once you have registered with SSI for the "We Want You" campaign and paid the €200 fees you will have access to your SSI Crossover. You should be familiar with its contents and the SSI Standards before you start the Virtual classroom portion of the crossover. If you are unsure if you meet the prerequisites/requirements to join a SSI crossover please let us know and it be will our pleasure to help. We are also happy to run pre-Crossover workshops to brush up your skills, or any courses you may need updated prior to the crossover, contact us for details. |

You will be able to teach all SSI recreational courses which are equivalent to those you are certified to teach with your current training agency.
Should you want to take the opportunity to add additional Specialty Instructor certifications, or upgrade your current instructor level after completing the crossover, we offer special package prices for crossover students.
